AI
We supplement our thinking with AI tools. AI helps us to pressure-test our thinking, find blind spots, and reflect more rigorously, but the result remains human-first.

For AI tooling we use business-grade services under a data processing agreement and do not allow our business data to be used for model training by default.

Data protection
The operator of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. communication by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Unless a more specific retention period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing ceases to apply. If you submit a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it (e.g. statutory retention obligations).

If data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for pre-contractual measures, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where we use processors, personal data is transferred only on the basis of a valid data processing agreement.
